"Magical holiday"

Many thanks to Sally for a lovely clean house to stay in and excellent instruction and description. Everyone in the Lott family enjoyed it. Lily, age 7 learnt to swim and was in the pool everyday and she gave back by building fairy houses to protect the property! The house was just right for our family size, it was good to stock up at the supermarket and stay at the house for a few days walking locally or going up to the local restaurant at Renaio; but other days going further to Barga, Lucca, the devils bridge and caves. Lots to do, well equipped, spectacular views and we could have stayed longer (just watching the clouds!)

"Absolutely perfect!"

The house has been beautifully restored and well maintained with all the facilities you need. The pool is gorgeous and a really good size. You can spend the whole day just moving from sunny spot to shady one, cooling off in the pool, then drying out back in the sun again. There are so many different places to lie & read or sit & chat: by the pool, on the desk, under the gazebo. And the views are endless – we watched the sun go down and Venus come up.

"Fantastic holiday"

“Your house is spectacular in its position and certainly did not disappoint us! It was everything you had described right down to the directions leading us down the steep (but very much worth it!) driveway! The pool and the garden, deck and super comfy sofa overlooking spectacular scenery and breath taking sunsets will be my most missed aspect. Beds and bed linen were really comfy, showers great and kitchen brilliant to work in! We explored walks around in the hilly countryside and both Lucca and Barga were really picturesque and great fun to wander around. The bike ride in Lucca particularly a favourite. We have had a fantastic holiday and are struggling to get back to our normal lives at home. ”
